Find what is slowing your Shopify app’s growth
A focused, private diagnosis across your positioning, App Store conversion, pricing, acquisition, onboarding, retention and product experience—so your team knows what to improve next.
Your app is live. The next growth decision is not clear.
- 01Installs or paid conversions have plateaued
Your team has ideas, but no shared view of the main constraint.
- 02The listing gets attention but does not convert strongly enough
Positioning, pricing or proof may be creating uncertainty.
- 03Acquisition is disconnected from the product
More traffic will not solve weak onboarding, activation or retention.
- 04You need priorities before committing resources
The team needs evidence and sequence—not a larger backlog.
The connected growth system around your app
The final emphasis follows the app’s central growth question. We do not force equal depth across every area when the evidence points elsewhere.
- 01
Positioning & category clarity
Clarify who the app is for, the problem it owns and why merchants should choose it.
- 02
App Store conversion
Review the listing, visuals, value communication, pricing signals, proof and visible conversion friction.
- 03
Pricing & plans
Assess whether plan structure, limits, trials and upgrade paths are easy for merchants to understand.
- 04
Acquisition channels
Evaluate the current channel mix, message-to-channel fit and the most credible opportunities to test next.
- 05
Activation & onboarding
Find friction between installation and first value, including setup, guidance and time-to-value.
- 06
Retention & customer experience
Connect merchant feedback, support signals and available retention data to recurring product value.
- 07
Product UX & visible friction
Identify workflows, confusing states and product experience issues that may block adoption.
- 08
Reviews, trust & competition
Examine review themes, trust signals, category alternatives and the app’s visible differentiation.
Know what we observed—and what still needs validation
A public signal is not the same as private performance data. The report keeps those boundaries visible so your team can judge every recommendation properly.
- 01Public observation
What merchants and the market can see.
- 02Private-data finding
Supported by data your team chooses to provide.
- 03Founder context
Based on your goals, decisions and operating reality.
- 04Hypothesis or data gap
A question to test—not a fact presented with false certainty.
A decision document your team can use
Growth problems are not always marketing problems. Start with the situation you are in and we will work backward to the capability your app needs next.
01Executive diagnosis
A concise view of the app’s growth situation, most important constraints and important data gaps.
02Evidence-based scorecard
A qualitative assessment that separates public observations, private-data findings, founder context and hypotheses.
03Prioritized opportunity backlog
The most important opportunities ranked by likely value, confidence, effort and dependency.
0430/60/90-day roadmap
A practical sequence of actions, experiments, owners and decision points for the next stage.
05Measurement plan
The metrics, baselines and missing instrumentation needed to evaluate the priority work.
06Founder readout
A 60-minute session to discuss the findings, challenge assumptions and choose the next action.
From a growth question to a clear next move.
One app, one agreed diagnostic question and a defined process. Implementation is not bundled into the audit.
- 01Qualify
Confirm the app, active growth question, decision-maker, access and commercial fit.
- 02Investigate
Review the public market experience, hands-on product journey and selected private data when provided.
- 03Prioritize
Separate evidence from assumptions, identify the main constraints and build the action roadmap.
- 04Decide
Walk through the findings and decide what your team can own and where specialist execution may help.

What founders usually ask before applying.
01How is this different from a general marketing or SEO audit?
A marketing or SEO audit usually looks at one channel. The Growth Audit follows one growth question across positioning, App Store conversion, pricing, acquisition, onboarding, retention and product experience, then ranks what to fix first.
02Do we need to provide private performance data?
No. The audit starts from public evidence and hands-on product use. Any data your team chooses to share sharpens the findings, and the report labels which conclusions depend on it.
03Is hands-on product access required?
It is strongly recommended. A development store or demo account lets us evaluate onboarding and the product journey directly; without it, those areas are limited to what is publicly visible.
04Will the audit guarantee more installs or revenue?
No. It gives you an evidence-based diagnosis, a prioritized backlog and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. Results depend on what your team implements and how merchants respond.
05Does the audit include implementation?
No. Implementation is scoped separately. After the readout, your team can own the work, or Blinto can help with specific pieces through a separate engagement.
06How long does it take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope and how quickly access and data are in place. We confirm the timeline with you before kickoff, alongside scope and pricing.
